This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the administration of the leadstream.me website, hereinafter referred to as the Administration, and any person visiting (using) the leadstream.me website, hereinafter referred to as the User.

This Agreement is an official offer to individuals or legal entities (Users) who accept this Agreement, regarding the use of the leadstream.me website and the posting of Information by Users, on the terms of this Agreement.

The Administration and the User are jointly referred to as “Parties”, and separately – “Party”.

This Agreement, in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, is an offer addressed to any persons (hereinafter referred to as the Offer), and can be accepted by a person only by joining the Agreement as a whole.

This Agreement is considered concluded and becomes effective as an accession agreement from the moment a person takes action to set up an account (account), meaning the person’s full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement without any exceptions and / or restrictions.

Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal and legal capacity, as well as all the rights and powers necessary and sufficient to conclude and execute the Agreement in accordance with its terms.

1. Definitions and terms

1.1. The leadstream.me site is a collection of interconnected web pages hosted on the Internet at a unique address (URL): leadstream.me

1.2. User Agreement – a text published on the Internet at the address: http://leadstream.me/agreement/, which provides Users with the right to post Information on the leadstream.me resource.

1.3. Offer – a formal offer of a certain person (offeror) to a certain person (acceptor), a limited or an unlimited number of persons to conclude a deal (agreement) indicating all the conditions necessary for this.

1.4. Resource User – any person who has accepted the terms of this Agreement and who accesses the Resource via the Internet.

1.5. Administration – the owner of the leadstream.me resource, who manages the Resource and interacts with Users, as well as performs other actions related to the use of the Resource.

1.6. Information – any information, any content posted on the Resource leadstream.me.

1.7. Account (account) – a record stored on the Site containing information necessary to identify the User when providing access to the Site, information for Authorization and accounting on the Site. This record includes the Username and Password (or other similar means of authentication).

2. Subject of the Agreement

.one. The subject of the Agreement is the procedure for using the leadstream.me resource, including the procedure for using and posting information on it by the Users.

3. Registration, account security

3.1. Registration of the User on the Site is carried out by filling out the appropriate registration form. When registering on the Site, the User enters the Username, email address and password, i.e. starts an account (account).

3.2. The user undertakes to reflect in the registration form true, complete and accurate information about himself and to keep this information up to date.

3.3. The user agrees that the security of the login and password directly depends on their complexity (the number and variation of characters).

3.4. The user agrees that he is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login and password associated with his personal account used by him to access the leadstream.me resource. Also, the User agrees that he is solely responsible to leadstream.me for all actions that are taken when using his (User’s) account.

3.5. In the event that the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of his password, login or personal account details, the User undertakes to immediately notify leadstream.me by sending an email to support@leadstream.me.

3.6. The User undertakes not to post (and in the case of placement – independently bear full responsibility) on the leadstream.me resource the full name, addresses, email and other personal information of other Users or any third parties without their personal consent to such actions.

3.7. An unregistered User has the right to view information in publications, news, articles, but does not have the right to leave comments, as well as have access to closed materials (Free folder, etc.).

3.8. A registered User, acting as a regular user, has the right to view information in publications, news, articles, has the right to leave comments, and also has the right to download / listen to information in the Free folder and other folders, depending on the purchased trainings, webinars, flash mobs and etc.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The rights and obligations of the Administration:

4.1.1 The Administration undertakes to provide the User with round-the-clock access to the leadstream.me project, as well as to the latter’s account.

4.1.2 The Information posted (with the exception of comments) is subject to verification and moderation by the Administration, after which the Administration decides either to post the Information or to refuse to post it.

4.1.3 The Administration undertakes to inform Users about changes (additions) under the terms of the offer agreement by publishing a new version on the Internet at: http://leadstream.me/agreement/

4.1.4. All claims regarding the accuracy and legality of information, as well as claims regarding copyright for information are presented directly to the User who posted this information.

4.1.5. The administration has the right to block the User’s account in case of violation of the rules of this User Agreement.

4.2. User rights and obligations:

4.2.1. The user undertakes to comply with the rules of this User Agreement.

4.2.2. The user undertakes to provide accurate Information about himself in the process of creating an account (account).

4.2.3. The User undertakes not to reproduce, repeat or copy, sell or resell, or use for any commercial purposes any part of the leadstream.me resource, unless such permission is given in writing to the leadstream.me User.

4.2.4. The user undertakes to log into the leadstream.me resource under his account only from one computer at a time.

4.2.5. The User has the right to stop using the leadstream.me Resource at any time. The user has the right to delete his account at any time by submitting a written request to the leadstream.me Administration.

5. Personal data

5.1. By posting personal, other data and information on the lleadstream.me resource, the User agrees that the leadstream.me Administration (and / or its authorized representatives) will receive, collect, organize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), use and otherwise process (including in electronic form) the User’s personal data in order to fulfill the User Agreement.

5.2. The user agrees to the transfer of personal and other data to third parties, including for the purposes of their processing, to ensure the functioning of the leadstream.me resource, the implementation of partner and other programs, provided that leadstream.me is provided with respect to the transmitted data of a mode similar to the mode existing on Resource.

5.3. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is

in providing the latter with services and providing the opportunity to use leadstream.me resources, conducting advertising campaigns, providing targeted advertising, conducting statistical research and analyzing the obtained statistical data, performing other actions described in the User Agreement.

5.4. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out within the period from the moment of registration of the User to the moment of deleting his account. The deletion of the account is carried out at the written request of the User and automatically entails the deletion of the User’s account.

5.5. The User agrees that leadstream.me will send correspondence to the User’s email address, information about promotions conducted by leadstream.me and its partners, and other information.

6. Responsibilities of the parties

6.1 The site administration guarantees that it legally owns the leadstream.me website, has the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and has all the necessary rights to post information materials on the specified website (Resource).

6.2 The Administration, through moderation, monitors the correctness of the Information posted by the User, but at the same time is not responsible for compliance with the legal requirements specified in clause 6.3. of this Offer Agreement.

6.3 The user is fully responsible for compliance with the legal requirements, including legislation on advertising, on the protection of copyright and related rights, on the protection of trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials, but not limited to those listed.

6.4. The user acknowledges that responsibility for any information (including data files, texts, etc.) to which he may have access as part of the leadstream.me resource rests with the person who provided such information.

6.5. The User agrees that the information provided to him as part of the leadstream.me Resource may be an object of intellectual property, the rights to which are reserved and owned by other Users, partners or advertisers who post such information on leadstream.me. The user is not entitled to make changes, lease, transfer on a loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on such Content (in whole or in part), unless such actions were expressly authorized in writing by the owners of such Content in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement.

6.6. In relation to text materials (articles, publications that are freely available to the public on the leadstream.me resource), their distribution is allowed, provided that a link is given to the full name of the author who wrote this text material.

6.7. leadstream.me is not liable to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the deletion, failure or inability to save any Content and other communication data contained on the leadstream.me Resource or transmitted through such Resource.

6.8. leadstream.me is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred due to: use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized access to the communications of the User; statements or behavior of any third party on the site.

6.9. Under any circumstances, the responsibility of leadstream.me in accordance with Article 15 of the Civil Code of Ukraine cannot exceed 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnia and is assigned to him if there is any fault in his actions.

6.10. The provisions of this Agreement do not exclude or limit leadstream.me’s liability for damages to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

6.11. leadstream.me is not responsible for any information posted by the user on the leadstream.me resource, including (but not limited to) copyrighted information, without the express consent of the copyright owner.

7. Procedure for resolving disputes

7.1. In the event of any disputes related to the execution of this Agreement, the Parties will apply the pre-trial procedure for resolving the dispute. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, it will be referred by the Parties to the court.

8. Modification of the Terms of the User Agreement

8.1. Changes and additions to this User Agreement come into force from the moment of their publication.

8.2. The User understands and agrees that if he uses the Site after the date of making the appropriate changes to this Agreement, this will be regarded as the fact that the User has accepted the new Agreement.

8.3. The user has the right to refuse to accept changes and additions to the User Agreement made by the Administration leadstream.me, which means a refusal

User from using the Site.

9. Final conditions

9.1. For all questions and claims, Users can contact the address: office@leadstream.me.

9.2. If, for one reason or another, one or more of the rules of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining rules.

9.3. The laws of Ukraine apply to this agreement.

9.4. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Site Administration of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

9.5. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, the User (or a representative of the User, including an individual duly authorized to conclude an Agreement on behalf of the User) confirms and guarantees to the leadstream.me Administration that:

9.5.1. The user will indicate reliable information about himself, including when creating an account (account).

9.5.2. User:

    – fully familiarized with the terms of the Offer Agreement;

    – fully understands the subject of the Offer Agreement;

    – fully understands the meaning and consequences of his actions in relation to the conclusion and execution of this Agreement.

9.6. The Offer Agreement enters into force from the moment the User agrees with the terms of this Agreement (at the time of creating an account, account), the validity of which is not limited by this Offer Agreement.
